The summer holidays are here, but that doesn't mean the coding has to stop! Wanna know what we're getting up to over the next few weeks? Keep reading to find out more about our online summer camps, coding clubs, and more!
Summer is coming at us fast! The warmer days and shorter nights are sure to be a boon to some, but others might be wanting more things to do with their days… That’s where we come in! We’d love to tell you about some of our favourite coding activities happening during the summer!
Our weekly clubs
That’s right! All through the summer holidays we’re going to be continuing with our weekly clubs, giving all our members some excellent games to play around with and make their own.
Now, we know that it can be hard to commit to consistent timings during the summer holidays, so if you still want to come along but need to change to a different day in the week just let us know and we’ll happily try our best to find a day and time that works for you!

Can't commit to weekly clubs over the summer?
Never fear! You also have the option to sign up to our Game Dev Academy membership! It's all of the fun of weekly clubs, just without the live video call.
Our mentors will send you weekly videos showing you how to play the game and you have the freedom to work on it in your own time. At the end of the week, your mentor will show off some of the awesome games people have worked on in the week!

Game Dev Summer Camp
After having so much fun last year we’ve decided to bring back our summer camp!
Game Dev Summer Camp is a week-long event full of coding and gaming! Every morning we’ll give you a new Scratch game and our mentors will send you videos showing you how to play. The summer camp is suitable for ages 6-16 (and grownups are welcome to also give it a go!), but under 8's are likely to need support from a parent or guardian.

The Game Zone
If you're more interested in our IRL sessions we have some special summer Game Zones, allowing a few hours of gaming and socialising with loads of options like VR, Minecraft, and more!
